Compulsory Kit (Must be carried with you)

• Rucksack/Ultra Pack
• Means of hydration - ability to carry an absolute minimum of 500ml of fluid
• Enough food (between check points)
• Cup/Mug - NO plastic cups will be provided at the start/finish/checkpoints
• Full waterproof cover (trousers and top)
• Hat/Snood
• Gloves
• Fleece (or similar warm upper body layer)
• Survival/Space Blanket
• Basic first aid kit including foot care pack
• Head torch + Spare batteries
• Hi Viz garment
• Compass
• Whistle
• Watch and Fully charged phone
• Map covering the route

It must be emphasized that there will be random spot kit checks before, during and on completion of the race. You must have all of the above on you at all times.
