Below is our schedule for the event day. There's going to be plenty to do and plenty going on. If you have any question just find one of us, you can't miss us we’ve all got bright yellow jackets on! You’re welcome to bring your friends and family to cheer you on and enjoy the day.

Our event centre provides a great family day out for both competitors and also spectators, with food and drinks available at the Rhug Organic Farm Shop, children's activities, race commentary all at the start / finish line located in the grounds. Spectators will have a great view of the starters and finishers.

Also make sure you smile if you see a camera, there’ll be hiding everywhere!

8.00am - Registration opens

10:00am - Registration closes

10:25am - Race briefing

10.30am - START – longer race

11.00am - START – shorter race

12.30noon - Prize giving

Car parking is FREE of charge.

Make sure you bring the appropriate clothing depending on the weather. Please take care around the event centre. Take a look at our FAQ section which will hopefully answer any more questions.
