Cafe Ventoux - The Break Out

This Unique & Fun event, will test both your cycle endurance fitness, and your navigation skills.

You must leave Cafe Ventoux at 06.00 hrs and return by 18.00 hours

The aim is to get the furthest distance away from Cafe Ventoux and back again within the 12 hours (the Cafe clock and google maps will be used for timing and to judge the furthest distance away from Cafe Ventoux)

Each cyclist will have a tracker – with family and friends able to download the app and track you every inch of your journey – equally you will be tracked ‘Live’ on the cafe Big screen all day during the event

COVID-19 - If we are unable to run the event due to COVID-19 you will be offered a deferal or Full Refund minus the SiEntries Booking fee

WHAT YOU GET

• GPS Tracker to use on the event. Family and spectators can track your progress online
• Cafe Ventoux Limited Edition Prison Escapee cycle jersey
• Trophies for the furthest away Male – Female – Under 18 – and Group of 3 or more
• Quality Buffet food and drink will be provided on your return

CAMPING

Camping is available the day before the event at Cafe Ventoux - £10 per person

• Arrive from 09:00 on Saturday 18th July
• Bar and cafe serving homemade Pizza open until Late on Saturday night
• Cafe open early for Breakfasts on the Sunday
• Tent – Motorhome – Caravan – all welcome
• Please be aware it is Field parking only
• Porta Loos and running water on site
• Fires are not permitted
• Booking in advance essential

PAYMENT

Solo Entry - £70

WITHDRAWALS/CANCELLATIONS/DEFERALS/REFUNDS

If for any reason you are unable to attend the race, there will not be a refund or an option to defer your entry, however you are welcome to transfer your entry to another competitor via SiEntries, the cut off for transfers is 28 days prior to the start of the event.
